Young musicians present their results
On Sunday, 09.11.2025 at 4 pm, a top-class final concert will take place in the Brigitte Feldtmann Hall of the Schwerin Conservatory at Puschkinstraße 6.
The event is dedicated to the participants of the Schwerin Conservatory's Ostracized Music workshop. Twenty-five young musicians from all over Germany spent three days rehearsing works by ostracized composers. The participants ranged from young music school pupils to music students. The workshop has already become a tradition and is also intended to inspire the young musicians to take part in the Verfemte Musik 2026 competition, which will take place at the Rostock University of Music and Drama from 9-12 April 2026.
Special thanks go to the lecturers Prof. Maria Egelhof from Lübeck, Prof. Ulrike Bals from Rostock/Schwerin as well as Prof. Christoph Sischka from Freiburg and Stefan Kelber from Berlin. The final concert will take place as part of the Days of Exile in cooperation with the Körber Foundation Hamburg at the Festival for Ostracized Music.
Admission is free. Access to the Brigitte Feldtmann Saal is barrier-free.
