Film evening as part of the weltwechselage MV of Umweltprojekte Nord e.V. in cooperation with SoLaWi Stralsund. "SHARING THE HARVEST" tells the story of farmers who oppose the growth compulsion of our system and break out of the structures of conventional agriculture.
The documentary presents the basic principles of community-supported agriculture. It takes you on a journey to three SoLaWi initiatives in Brandenburg and MV. They are united by a clear goal: with the help of communities, they create a local supply cycle based on the values of ecology and the common good. The basis is the appreciation and recognition of all those involved. SoLaWi's organize themselves independently according to the interests and needs of those involved. This results in lively and dynamic learning processes that help to create sustainable coexistence. With courage, a sense of community and a new relationship between consumer and producer, we can change agriculture for the future. And a little bit of the world.
Following the film, we invite you to a discussion with Jette, one of the main protagonists of the film, and the producers of the Stralsund SoLaWi.
