The city library invites you to six movie evenings a year. Book adaptations and feel-good films from the filmfriend streaming platform, the video-on-demand service for libraries, are shown.
Opening on January 23 with "Silver Linings"
The Oscar-winning film is based on the bestseller of the same name by Matthew Quick and tells the moving story of Pat, who tries to get his life back on track after a stay in a psychiatric hospital. Humor, hope and the search for one's own happiness take center stage - a perfect feel-good film with a literary reference.
Thematic book table: In addition to popcorn and drinks, the Stralsund City Library also presents a book table for every movie night:
