On Saturday, February 7, 2026, 3:30 to 4:30 pm, the Hungarian ice artist Even Zsolt M. Toth will carve a live ice sculpture directly at the lighthouse in Warnemünde. You can watch and discover how a work of art is created from a large block of ice - an impressive experience for the whole family.
There is fantastic ice magic all year round at Karls Eiswelten in Rövershagen near Rostock and Elstal near Berlin: the large ice sculpture exhibition can be visited there every day, with each individual ice sculpture set in an atmospheric scene with light and music. A highlight is the daily live ice carving from 2pm to 3pm, where you can watch the ice artists at work up close. Various ice slides and magical frosty photo points also delight guests every day.
