Galerie Dömitz presents the painter Linde Daum and cordially invites you to the vernissage on September 20, 2025. Afterwards, the exhibition will be open every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays from 13:00 to 17:00 until November 1, 2025.
After her first artistic experiences in stone sculpture and courses at ZORA e.V. (Halberstadt), she turned her attention to painting in 2014. Together with her partner, the painter Gerd Nipp, she founded the Vasenthien art station and ran the TIECK producers' gallery in Berlin. She now lives and works in Schnackenburg, where she is a co-founder of the elbe fünf artists' group and the Kunsthaus Schnackenburg.
Her works are characterized by an intense colourfulness - sometimes playful and dreamy, sometimes clear and structured. She says herself about her work:
"My painting is not thought through or pre-drawn, it is a spontaneous, intuitive process. My emotional world in color."
