Concert with "Troestesang" on 28.09.2025 at 17.00 in the church Kirch Stück

Kirch Stück: On Sunday, September 28 at 5.00 pm , we invite you to a concert with Scandinavian music for the soulby the group "Troestesang" in our church. "Troestesang" are the three musicians Thomas Braun, violin and flugelhorn, Karl Scharnweber, piano and harmonium and Enrique Marcano-González, double bass.

The musicians from Rostock, who each work in very different musical projects and are at home there, found each other with their shared passion for Scandinavian music and joined forces to form a trio.

"Troestesang" (consolation singing) is derived from the title of the same name by the Norwegian composer Gjermund Larsen and describes the musical effect and dedication of this ensemble in a visual way. In a sensitively coordinated interplay, the three musicians find and complement each other in a wonderful way and thus perform subtly cool and emotional music by other Scandinavian composers as well as Karl Scharnweber's own works.

You are cordially invited! Admission is free! At the end of the event, we will be collecting donations to fund an accessible entrance to the main portal of the church.
