Accordion concert in the Schelfkirche Schwerin - "Why do we actually celebrate Christmas?"
The third Advent is a very special Sunday this year, and not just for many young and old musicians. The "Tastenmäuse aus Schwerin und Umgebung" from the Fröhlich music school under the direction of Carina Loose, music director (Akkordeon-Lehrer-Verband e.V.), traditionally invite you to a big Christmas concert in the Schelfkirche in Schwerin. This year, the Christmas angel will be asking what exactly is behind the Christmas story - why do we actually celebrate Christmas?
In addition to classic Christmas carols, you can also expect international melodies to get you in the mood for the approaching Christmas festivities. These pieces of music are mainly played on the accordion, accompanied by melodicas and of course there is also singing. Whether big or small, young or old, everyone should discover something for themselves. The orchestra and the young musicians look forward to seeing you on December 14, 2025 at 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm (admission 30 minutes earlier in each case).
Tickets are available on site or already now at the Fröhlich Music School, Carina Loose. Children up to 3 years have free admission.
