We start off with a hike along the lake. Then we enjoy cheese fondue from the cauldron over the crackling open fire with many different side dishes in the midst of enchanting lights and a wintry atmosphere. Brie cheese with nuts, herbs and honey sizzles in the iron pan on the old kitchen witch. We serve fresh bread and matching side dishes and hot drinks to round off the enjoyment.
