Find out how nature conservation, business and tourism can be harmoniously combined - with contributions from regional experts, nature conservation classification by the WWF and exciting keynote speeches on the energy transition in Vorpommern. Experience the use of energy in the National Park Center and discuss the current challenges in the designation of wind energy areas in the district of Vorpommern-Rügen. Planned program schedule:
11.00-16.00 hrs:
- Action and information stands on the Romantikwiese from the Jasmund National Park, WWF Baltic Sea Office, Parkwind, Vorpommern-Rügen district, VVR (requested), M-V consumer advice center (requested), among others.
- Sustainability rally for kids and families
11.00-15.00: Keynote speeches in the cinema by partners / starting every 20 minutes
11.30 + 12.30 + 13.30: Short guided tour "With the power of nature: using renewable energies at the Königsstuhl" / duration: 30 minutes
3.00 - 3.30 p.m.: Panel discussion on the topic of "Wind energy expansion meets tourism development in an important natural area - dealing with renewable energy in the vacation destination of Rügen"
3.30 - 4 p.m.: Opportunity for individual discussions with the panelists
