Amber artists from the "Arbeitskreis Bernstein" from Hamburg show their best pieces in the Müritzeum
On Saturday, May 17, 2025, the "Amber Working Group" of the Verein zur Förderung des Museums der Natur Hamburg - Geologie-Paläontologie e. V. will meet at the Müritzeum.
The working group is a forum for collectors, scientists, artists and all amber lovers.
On Sunday, amber artists from the "Arbeitskreis Bernstein" will exhibit and sell raw amber, jewelry, inclusions and art objects made of amber in the seminar room of the foyer of the Müritzeum. Guests are welcome to bring along their own amber finds for appraisal and amazement.
This event complements the program accompanying the current special exhibition "Eugen Geinitz - Exploring the Ice Age Landscape in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" here at the Müritzeum.
