On 19.11.2025 at 7 pm, the adventurer and author Ronald Prokein will present his new book about an extraordinary running journey in the Stralsund City Library.
In one of the hottest summers in recent decades, he ran 5004 kilometers from the Bosporus to the North Cape - accompanied by his German shepherd Arthus and documented by cameraman Matthias Volkmann. Along the way, he braved injuries, extreme weather conditions and dangerous situations.
Guests can expect an inspiring evening with unique images and exciting stories about limits, endurance and the dream of a great adventure.
