This workshop teaches five effective acupressure points for everyday life. Simple techniques to support health and well-being are presented, supplemented by a short relaxation journey through the body.
As part of FRida Women's Day Week and on the occasion of International Women's Day, this workshop invites you to consciously dedicate yourself to your own well-being. Five selected acupressure points will be presented, which can be easily integrated into everyday life and can help to support health and inner balance.
The workshop is suitable for anyone interested and requires no prior knowledge. The content is taught in a practical way and can be applied directly to your own body. The workshop concludes with a short relaxation journey through the body, which provides peace and new energy.
