Putting good sporting intentions into practice Beginners and experienced athletes run together along the Sundufer. Beginners are supervised by trainers on request.
At this event, the focus is on physical exercise in the fresh air; there will be no timekeeping or ranking!
The aim is to put into practice the good resolutions that almost everyone makes at the turn of the year and to combat the inner weaker self, which is particularly strong in the darker months of the year.
After warming up together, the route follows a circular route along the shore of the Sound, which everyone can run/walk around once or several times at any pace, depending on their ability.
The participation fee is 3 euros.
Children up to 14 years are free of charge
Changing facilities are available.
Warm drinks will be served at the finish
