Space Concret" event as part of the Nordic Weeks of Space and Space Research

In his lecture, Dr. Wolfgang Both (Berlin) describes how the launch of the first artificial earth satellite in 1957 not only caused a worldwide surprise, but also had a strong influence on many areas of daily life. Using the example of American society, he shows how Sputnik affected the media, art, design and language.
Eugen Reichl (Munich) then devotes his lecture to the manned moon landing concepts of China and America and their "races" to the moon.
