"De Dör Dabelow" e.V. invites you to the 1st Dabelow Kite Festival on 5.10.2025. The sky will be colorful!
At the 1st Dabelow Kite Festival, large, small, colorful, old, homemade, purchased and unusual kites will take to the skies - an impressive sight and the starting point for a wonderful day full of experiences.
We cordially invite families, neighborhoods and all interested parties, not only from the community and surrounding area, to spend the day with us.
You can play, romp, sit and chat - good music from the award-winning band Raketen Erna rounds it all off. The physical well-being is taken care of - food and drinks from Schmacko & Fatz are offered at fair prices.
Program items are:
Award ceremony for special kites, Raketen Erna - live band for children and adults, games, painting station for everyone, opinion wall and much more.
The main part of the festival takes place on the village square. The kites will be flown over the meadow directly in front of the village entrance, which the Dörband family has generously made available to us.

The kite festival depends on the commitment of local people. We are dependent on donations so that we can organize and develop it. Every contribution, whether small or large, helps.
