On Friday, October 3, 2025, we want to transform the sports & multi-purpose hall in Grevesmühlen into a shopping paradise for the first time. You are all cordially invited to be part of the team. We are looking for well-preserved fall and winter clothing in sizes 50-176 as well as books, toys, strollers, bicycles, children's furniture, maternity wear and so on - everything revolves around children.
We have created a concept of how it can work if there is a lot of motivation and joy among the helpers at the start!

What are the conditions of participation?
Option A:
- 7% of the proceeds will be given away
- Two helper services
- One donation for the buffet (one cake or 5 sandwiches)
Variant B:
- 10% of the proceeds are given away
- One helper service
- One donation for the buffet (one cake or 5 sandwiches)
Variant C:
- 15% of the proceeds are given away
- One helper service
- no donation
You can do a second helper service on your own or bring a second person with you, but this person must be at least 12 years old.
We do not offer a variant without a helper, as we are dependent on help.
Which helper services are available?
Thursday 02.10.2025
Set-up - 17:30 - approx. 22:30, unpacking and organizing things
Friday 03.10.2025 (during the flea market)
Scissors - 9:15 -13:15; cutting labels at the cash desk
Cash desk - 9:15 -13:15; Cashing up
Stand guard - 9:15 - 13:15; organizing things, securing paths
Accounting - 10:00 - 17:00; sorting labels, checking, counting
Coffee & cake - 9:30 - 13:00; selling food and drinks
Dismantling - from 13:00; packing things into boxes until the hall is empty (tables etc.)
How can I register?
Requests for participation will be accepted until September 15, 2025 at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSd7OYKVNiFcIhkEzg4bPM29cfxsaaHJBv_ZPDDJGs8w_oTdMw/viewform?usp=header. The registration form must be completed in full there. The information will then be sent to us
When will I be informed whether I am taking part?
We will contact you by 21.09.2025 at the latest with an acceptance or rejection by e-mail. If you have already taken part in a number flea market, you are welcome to enter your number when registering.
How will the participants be selected?
It is not "first come, first served". Everyone has the same chance as long as you have met the deadline for registration and have completed the registration form in full. As we want to offer a bit of everything, we go by supply and demand. If the offer is the same (clothing & helper service), we will draw lots at the end.
How do I have to label my items?
You will receive instructions on labeling, packaging tips and helper information when you accept.
How much can I sell?
Each seller may sell a MAXIMUM of 10 large moving boxes with clothes or toys. Large items such as bicycles, baby carriages etc. are excluded. Boxes should close and not have a mountain on top
