Anne Brorhilker is a lawyer and worked for more than two decades in the
Cologne public prosecutor's office for over two decades. As senior public prosecutor, she investigated
against CumEx perpetrators and obtained numerous legally binding judgments. In April 2024, she asked to be dismissed from public service. Since June 2024, she has been a member of the management board of Bürgerbewegung Finanzwende, where she heads the financial crime department.
