On making food supply future-proof and sustainable on 23.06.2026 using the example of SoLaWi.
How can the food supply be made more future-proof and sustainable? The second of a total of four lectures in the joint project "BioRegAL", which is being held in cooperation with the Stralsund City Library in its event cellar, is dedicated to this question.
On June 23, 2026, at 5 p.m., Ingo Felgenhauer, operator of Solidarische Landwirtschaft (SoLaWi) Stralsund, will report from practice under the title "Making agriculture and nutrition more crisis-proof - using the example of SoLaWi" and explain what contribution regional agriculture can make to crisis prevention. He will present the concept of community-supported agriculture and provide insights into the diverse fields of activity.
One focus is on environmental education: Using project days on the farm, Felgenhauer shows how SoLaWi can be used as a "place of learning" for school classes.
The lecture is aimed at anyone interested in regional agriculture, sustainable nutrition and environmental education.
Participation is free of charge.
