Presentation of the Immenstädt and Pinnow polders renaturalized as part of the E6 project of Flächenagentur M-V GmbH as a subsidiary of the foundation - just before the Zecherin bridge to the Island of Usedom.
In addition to the rewetting of previously heavily drained moors, a number of other measures were implemented to develop the area into a small paradise for birds. For example, breeding aids have been installed to make it easier for birds such as gulls and terns to breed. Exmoor ponies and highland cattle now graze in the area. They are supposed to keep the grass short so that the meadow birds also feel comfortable. It is not necessary to wear wellies, but binoculars would be helpful. Due to a dog ban in the entire area, dogs on leashes are also not permitted! Insect allergy sufferers can only take part if they have an allergy emergency kit with them!
